SAP milled and replaced roughly 8 in of asphalt on Valencia per city moratorium. Lance Peterson ohed PAG 11 because local plants were not making the rubber asphalt which was intially installed. Limits of mill were set by me. No issues or repairs needed. Mill and pave was one day |
