Gave permission to work until 1630-1700. Concrete orders were only available for afternoon pour so clean up will need to be longer. Traffic control showed up late for pickup. Traffic control is being picked up now. Spoke to frank at Quail barricades and asked to please have traffic control removed BY 1530.
