Talked with Juan 520-440-2013 at 8:02 and explained that the patch and sidewalk would have to be removed and replaced. Juan said he was worried about compaction because the jumping jack broke down. I also informed him that the workmanship on the sidewalk was suspect. Juan will need to reissue the permit for repairs |
