04/12/2019 TDOT-EXCAV GENERAL INSPECTION Continued 4/10 Tricon milling area to set resecced plates. No work on 4/11 or 4/12 because Tucson Water could not get a good shut down to replace the valve. Traffic will be a nightmare for a few days. Michael Graham was notified. Traffic will be shut down to one lane from time to time until the project is finished.
