1) Provide letter from property management for The Bridges Planned Area Development that the location may have a freestanding sign and the sign design, as presented, meets their design criteria of the PAD.
2) Clarify if monument sign is to have field welding (welding noted in diagram of cabinet/to pipe...). Field welding to have engineered stamped plans.
3) As a retention basin is east of sign, for determining grade/measuring point - note monument sign height to be measured from top of street curb.
