Thrall Date: 8/2/19 1) label signs on plans as A,B,C, etc. - to match application throughout the plan set. 2) check each sign for dimensions in decimal feet, not inches 3) check building elevation labels - appears east/west reversed 4) check frontages to match approved building and development plan sheets - include covered canopy for building length for tenant 5) Utilizing approved building and development plans, sign area proposed is in compliance with sign variance for building signage under case S-08-22 ratio of 2.5 square feet. (Acknowledged receipt of sign variance document and landlord permission document for wall signage.) 6) Electrical, outdoor lighting code and mounting detail approved. 7) FYI - tenant improvement plan for this location has not been approved/issued. Once revisions are made, sign permit can be issued upon issuance of permit release for tenant improvement plan set undergoing 3rd party review - alert reviewer.
