Note mounting specific to this sign (i.e. size/type/number of "stud" fasteners) B) NEC 600.6 Provide shut off switch on sign -or note lock outs will be provided at each sign controller or at dedicated circuit breaker for the sign. C) If this is perforated vinyl on the "clear acrylic face" - specify D) Specify volts, amps, circuits per NEC 600 E) Note on plan the "internal sign lighting not to exceed 4400K" per OLC 501.3.2 F) Timer required, OLC 403.5.1 - note on plan and where located for inspections 2) Larger wall sign north elevation (44.7 sqft) A) Revise internal sign lighting and note "internal sign lighting a maximum of 4400K", OLC 501.3.2. B) Timer required, OLC 403.5.1. - note on plan and where located for inspections. C) Enlarge diagram wording in page 11 (acknowledge information, just too small for permit record). D) Partially addressed - show down lighting has translucent globe covers and is secured completely behind the poly wall system, and will be constructed with building. Note circuitry location for these lights. (Acknowledged by others under building permit.) For sign permit record: page 24 wording cut off, page 23 diagram unclear if top view (label) and wording cut off, keep pages 21 - 23 and restore wording to page 23, (remove pages 13- 20 - not related to sign - for poly wall construction). E) IBC 2018 1603.1- Provide engineered mounting detail drawing for SIGN to the poly wall. Acknowledge engineered calculations, provide drawing with details of flush mount to match calcs. F) Add notes that lock outs will be provided at each sign controller or at dedicated circuit breaker for each sign NEC 600.6, (as disconnect switch is not provided at sign location for the wall sign 30+ feet off ground). Thrall / R. Gonzales Date: 7/23/19 Permit: T19OT00651 1) Design Professional consulted for proposed sign area/design in accordance with Main Gate UOD requirements of Sign Standards UDC 7A.10.2.C. Colors and sign area accepted. 2) Outdoor Lighting Code Chapters 4 & 5: A Provide notation for solid backers to sign letters/logos to ensure no light trespass shines back onto the poly wall the sign is to be mounted to. B) provide notation clarifying top of poly wall is solid C) show down lighting has translucent globe covers and is secured completely behind the poly wall system, and will be constructed with building. Note circuitry location for these lights. 3) DRC clarification - Provide specific notations to explain the change in color for the sign on the night view rendering provided, is done (ie. perforated vinyl on sign faces at X diameter ...etc). 4) IBC - Provide mounting details and engineered specs for sign C (largest sign, at greatest height off ground). 5) Throughought the drawing, revise dimensions to decimal feet. 6) Per NEC 600, note where panel is for dedicated sign circuit for records and inspections. 7) Enlarge all fonts to 12 point for legibility - part of the electrical data unable to be read (sheet 8, for example). 8) Enlarge sheet 11 or provide as two separate sheets. 9) Clarify sign type for sign B - perhaps provide close up view/side view. Canopy or wall sign? Mounting indicates "hub" to wall - but appears to be a beam in rendering? Clarify. Also provide mounting detail for both Sign A & Sign B. Clarify shut off switch for both sign A & B. Clarify is sign A & B also change color appearance at night via vinyl perforation.
