Thrall Date: 6/27/2019 1) The premises may have a freestanding sign under the Sign Standards. A) Per Zoning Document PAD-15, page 107, obtain PAD-15 management approval letter/email concurring the freestanding sign meets the PAD 15 design criteria. B) Site layout has changed with revision of DP18-108. The site plan sheet has a different layout than the plan submitted. Please check on line and submit the sign location on the updated development plan. C) check the proposed sign install area for water line easements. D) the width of the landscape border along M L King Jr. Way is 10' per the plan - with a small, undimensioned area adjacent. The length of the sign is 12' at the furthest extent. Blue stake and measurements of install area recommended. 2) Per Outdoor Lighting Code Ch. 403.5 - provide shut off timer and note on plan where located for inspections. 3) Per Outdoor Lighting Code Ch. 501.3.2 - note on plans "internally illuminated sign lighting shall not exceed 4400K color temperature". 4) NEC 600 A) note location of power supply, designated circuit for inspections.
