Property is zoned HC-3, located within the Armory Park Historic District. As such, the proposal is subjec to the Historic District criteria of the Sign Standards (UDC 7A.11.1).
The two signs shown on submitted plans are existing wall signs within frames, one (1) for Meyer frontage and one (1) for Cushing Street frontage. The use is the same - restaurant/bar.
UDC 7A.11.1.D - Historic review is required for the proposed change of copy of the two existing wall signs.
