Thrall 1) Structural: A) Acknowledged dimensioned sign cabinet and address panel. Masonry columns need dimensions on elevation plan. B) Provide total surface area of structure, and note that 60 sqft and greater requires engineered plans per IBC 2018. C) Provide specs for bolting of cabinet into masonry pillars and base (i.e. sizes/typical number) D) Clarify mounting of address panel to masonry wall noted on plan (i.e. bolt sizes/typical) 2) Electrical: A) Note where power is coming from for the sign, i.e. panel location for inspection of dedicated sign circuit. (Note separate electrical permit may be required to run power to sign from building.) 3) Outdoor Lighting Code - thank you, all code sections met. 4) Sign Standards: A) OK - Clear street view imagery of this area indicates level grade, sign height at 7.2' accepted as shown. Sign shown is a low profile sign at 7.2, max cabinet height is allowed at 8'. B) OK - Setbacks as shown on site plan per code from both curb and from start of scenic buffer/property line, thank you. Mark PL for inspections. C) OK -Commercial use, regardless of SR zone - permitted max 35 sq.ft. freestanding sign area in scenic buffer, as shown. Sign shown is a low profile sign. D) Per 7A.11.3. - adjust frontage on application to match DP provided at 375' (one freestanding sign permitted, none on site at present) E) Per 7A.11.3.E.3.f. Lighting may only be emitted through character/text, remainder of paneling to be opaque. Provide night view to show compliance (backer on the paneling?).
