ALSO THERE IS A STIPULATION THAT AT THE BASE OF THIS SIGN THEY ARE TO PLACE DECOMPOSED GRANITE OF LIKE SIZE AND COLOR OF THE EXISTING MATERIAL ADJACENT TO THIS SIGN. THE SIGN ON NEBRASKA MEASURES TO BE 20’ TALL, AND THE PLAN SHOWS IT TO BE NO HIGHER THAN 19’. I HAVE ADVISED STACE WITH ADDISIGN OF THE SITE CONDITIONS, HE WILL RELAY THIS INFORMATION TO THE OWNER OF THE SIGN COMPANY. The document should be amended at the Pima County Assessor's Office to only combine parcels 13707037A and 13707038D. 5) Per Master Sign Program approval, an easement is required to run across parcel 13707039D at 5425 S 12th Avenue, from 504 W Nebraska west property line to the location of the sign along 12th Avenue. This easement is to be recorded via survey professional work to include a legal description for sign electrical, installation and maintenance - and run in perpetuity with 5425 S 12th Avenue, another of the church's properties at this present review.
