1) Acknowledged large footer at 3 x 9 provided for canopy structure in drive thru. Provide engineering seal on plans (or separate diagram/calcs) for canopy, per IBC 2018. (Development Plan package DP17-0154 does not have reference to the footers nor engineering. Building Plan T18CM04086 references the sign permit for review of the canopy structure.)
A) clarify type of lighting (LED?) inside canopy roof structure
B) note volts and circuits for canopy lighting
C) provide shut off switch location
D) appears canopy is open at one end with "expanded steel" - is light full cut off and aimed down (diagram?)
2) for drive thru preview board - check square footage (2 different sign areas shown)
3) Place note on site location plan "drive - thru signage and structures setback 1' from leading edge of drive-thru curb" (UDC 7.4.6.F.2.a.2.)
