1) Acknowledge sign is to replace current freestanding sign.
2) Revise frontage to include Walgreens lot (add aerial to set to show). This frontage is included in overall premise, 3 detached signs permitted with planned detached sign along Camino Miramonte. This sign proposed is the 2nd sign on this frontage, as Walgreens has one monument sign.
3) OLC Ch. 4 & 5 - add 4400K maximum interior color temperature.
4) IBC 2012 - on sign construction detail, please clarify if shop welds or revise engineering to include field welding calcs & special inspection required.
5) Setbacks and grade check done 4/2/19 - meet code.
