04/12/2019 SIGN SITE REVIEW Continued Received TDOT data for Grant Road widening as built plans. It is 20' from F.O. Curb to PL. Monument Sign is shown on site on plans for Grant Road side and out of SVT, meeting 20' setback.

Just received Stone Avenue side data for that intersection and will examine for setback on 4/15.

1) Acknowledged recent roadway widening done to site changes configuration for Grant/Stone property line boundaries. No Dev. Plan filed for recent site alterations. Ok to use aerial photo for site plan data. Staff assisting with ROW plans for SVTs and lot line lengths to assist contractor. Acknowledged sign area proposed within allowances with data as presented, as full premise shown on presented aerial plan. Acknowledged freestanding sign permitted.

2) Bisect corner to show which street frontage freestanding sign is to count toward or if it will be an "intersection corner sign".(Take curb lines straight out to meet, cut in half with dashed line to create bisection.)

3) Outdoor Lighting Code both signs: add 4400K maximum internal temperature notation.
