Thrall Date: 3/15/19 - 3/18/19 Understood submittal is a revision to 1 wall sign permitted and installed under T19OT00989, also 1 new wall sign on the west elevation, and freestanding signage requiring a master sign program to vary sign criteria. NOTE: regarding existing south elevation wall signage permitted and installed under T19OT00989, call in inspections and turn in special inspection sheet. Understood the new wall sign in this set on south elevation is to replace that existing sign, however, that sign was installed is in use and the permit needs to be finaled. NOTE: regarding new proposed wall signage, these signs meet code and may be permitted outright (with engineered plans for mounting and special inspections) and are not required to be within the master sign program for the freestanding signs. If desired, separate from this package and submit separate permit application, include height off ground to top of signs on each diagram. NOTE: regarding existing wall signs facing the interior courtyard of the site, these can be removed from this application, as they were permitted under T18OT00989 at the same identical sizes/specs and are not being revised. They would be referenced in the master sign program using the former permit document.
