08/23/2019 FIRE - ALARM FINAL Prior to Final Inspectn There are notes left on the subcontractors permit to test pull station, smoke detector, and two forms of commuication. On paperwork I had labeled final because I thought it was an existing monitoring system. I noticed when I returned to office that there was an outstanding fire alarm permit that needed to be tested.

For Alarm Final and alarm representative shall be onsite to verify the needed items.
Note:pull station is on second building and will be connected when new fiberoptic is in place but the okay is given to occupy once alarm is tested.
