Arrived on site and met with TPD officers on site. Was a family fight that had TPD on site and found not water to the dwelling for a week now. Owners already paid the water bill confirmed by TPD but wont be out unitl Thursday after New Years. Property was condemed and posted. Owners signed the Abatement Notice and understood. They would be working on cleaning the house at this point. Will follow up on Monday |
