Building is being occupied by Mortensen law offices. There is nobody in the office today property is locked up and tpd trying to make contact to get into the interior. This building is a block building with the vehicle striking the South corner east-facing side of the building. Cracking noticed too three of the pillars on this east facing side. Blocked still intact and still attached did see about a quarter inch crack between the wall and one of the pillars from the bottom to the top of the column. Window in the same location show no signs of damage or movement. Only sign is the last two columns of this east-facing side of the building | |
12/23/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Was granted access by tenant of the neighboring unit, one Dan Ramirez which was okayed by the owner Wayne Mortensen. Entered into the office area and the east-facing wall showed signs of the hit as it pushed a framed wall about a quarter inch away from the brick exterior wall. Cracking was done to the sheetrock in this framed wall over the doorway and on the wall. Storage area showed signs of cracking along the grout lines of the wall on the east facing as well as the south-facing wall. Both walls appear to be up still be very stable. Had a microwave and a refrigerator in this small storage space running on extension cords. Both Imdemification and NOV were signed by Dan Ramirez as ok'd by owner Mr Mortensen. | |
