After inspection did find a 15’ by 50’shed/ barn in the front of the property hooked up to utilities, owner claims she was going to just use it for storage, I advise it’s a storage violation and site plan violation, and that I will be issuing notice to have a removed within 10 days had our utilities disconnected now will follow up at a later date for removal |
