ON SITE; FOUND BROKEN UP CONCRETE SLABS IN FRONT OF YARD NEAR CURB, THIS COULD BE SOME KIND OF LANDSCAPING HOWEVER THE CONCRETE IS OBSTRUCTING THE 48" SIDEWALK PATH, THERE ARE ALSO TREE BRANCHES ARE FOUND ON TOP OF SOME OF THE CONCRETE. WILL ISSUE 10 DAY NOV. |
