Walked around and did not see any water leaving the property at this time. Inquired with the management team they showed me to an area where rainwater from the roofs and the driveways of this hotel were directed in a collection area underneath the asphalt was told this was part of the original construction of the property. The only thing they're dealing with is the sub pumps under the collection basin are being re built. Replacement pumps are currently in temporarily until the new pumps come back from being rebuilt. These pumps push the water from the collection area out to the wash area which has been the same process since these buildings were first built. Again did not see any water leaving the property today |
