Was finally met by a gentleman who was one of the managers. States this hotel has been closed for quite some time and they are doing a soft renovation on 200 of the rooms. He clarified a software renovation would just be carpeting,painting,bedding and furniture. None of the electricity would be touched neither would be the AC units. In walking around the outside did notice several trucks and a lot of workers unloading semis full of furniture for this interior. No modification that required a permit seen from my vantage point and in speaking with management |
