VISITED SITE, ARRIVED AT THE PROPERTY APPROX 7:25. I DROVE THE SURROUNDING STREETS, CEDAR, SILVER BELL, CLAUSEN, AND BELLA VISTA AND COULD NOT HEAR ANY WORK BEING DONE. THEN I WALKED BELLA VISTA FROM ABOUT 6:33 AND WAITED UNTIL 7:09 AT SUNRISE AND STILL FOUND NOBODY ON SITE, NO WORKERS, NO WORKING OR NO IDLING OF VEHICLES. THERE WAS NOTHING HAPPEING AT THIS SITE AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. THERE ARE NO VIOLATIONS. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
