12/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did talk to the tenant and the work has not been done. Did go over the window was ordered and still waiting for the window to come in. Did call the owners rep. and they will be doing the finish work next week due to the window will be in. The front door was sealed with weathestripping and the door was not replaced as intended. Will check in 10 days. RV.
12/05/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Did stop by the property and found the wood frame sheds have been removed, the furnace is working, the water heater has been replaced, the light fixures has been removed and a new fixtures has been installed, the side door was being worked on to have the door sealed, the front door is going to be replaced, the window in the bathroom has been ordered and will be in 2-weeks from now. the smoke alarm has been installed properly and working, and did let them know that the exhaust fan in the kitchen needs to be cleaned. The cooler will be replaced soon and has been turned off for seasonal purposes The permit for the water heater has been issued and will be calling for the inspection soon. Will check in 10 days. RV.
12/03/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Made contact with the owners rep. and she met at the site with the tenant. Did go over the issues that need to be addressed. The furnace not working and using space heater, the cooler not working has a wall unit that has been added to the living room area, the water heater not working and keeps going off. The tenants keep re-lighting the water heater to get hot water when needed. The dryer and washer needs to be moved to have access to the electrical panel. The exterior doors are not sealed, windows all need to be checked if able to open and close properly, outlets have burning at the outlets where arcing from being worn out, has wood frame structures that need to be removed from the property due to weathered and not permitted. Has a light fixture in the bathroom that is loose and has an outlet that is not GFCI protected. Did give a list the owner rep. and the heat and the water heater need to be done today. RV.

The water heater does have to be replaced and not finding someone to have the water heater replaced. Did let the owners rep. know that a permit will be required to have the water heater replaced. RV.
