Met with the sister of the tenant and the handler had a fire several months ago in the hallway and someone started to work on the unit and nothing has been done since. Did talk to the manager on site and she has just taken over the property and served her the N.O.V. to be done in 5 days. There is no heat in the unit at this time. Will check in 5 days. RV. |
