Explained to me that the light was trespassing from the Y building at the apartment complex, while looking at the light fixture another driver stopped and complained about the same light. Identified the light by building "Y" that it was trespassing down the street on Lerma. Went and spoke to the manager however she had clients, left a map and will call her later about moving the light downward or shielding the light so it does not trespass off the property |
