He was trying to meet a female on the property and was asked to leave. The lock to the front gate has been cut at the chain to open the drive gate. Did call inspector Morales to the site due to the rear gate has been opened and the chain has been cut to open the walk gate. Did call T.P.D. on site due to the trailer has been opened on the door. They did arrive and found 2-people in the house area where the doors have been opened with removing the plywood on one door opening and the screws on the other door opening. They were advised that no one can be on site and in order to get back on site will need to have the owner call and meet on site on issues that need to be addressed. The posting of N.O.V. to Vacate has been removed from the front of the drive gate. The people left the site and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property re-secured. The posting of Do Not Enter were still in place through out the property. The people were not able to say they had contact with the owner and that the sister of the owner has been talking to them. The property was secured at this time and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
