VISITED SITE ONE STREET OVER REALIZED I WAS NOT ON THE CORRECT STREET BECAUSE OF ADDRESSING. I CHECK MAPS AND FOUND THE LARGE LOT ON BELLA VISTA HAD BEEN SUD DIVIDED INTO TWO LOTS, 30&40S BELLA VISTA UNDER PERMIT. REVISITED THE SITE AND FOUND NO WORK BEING DONE ON THE PROPERTY. DID FIND SIGNS ON THE N/E CORNER OF EACH LOT FOR THE REALTOR. NO VIOLATION AT THIS TIME. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE. |
