Arrived on site, met with manager and then we both met with the tenant who showed me to the area. Hole in sheetrock due to the tub upstairs #4109. Manager thought they fixed the leak however this not the case. Manager called maint and they showed up and states they will start on the repair of the leak today and then fix the sheetrock once they confirm the leak was fixed. Also met with tenant in above unit and he also gave consent to come into his unit and do any repairs. Will follow up on Monday |
