Was called out by communications for a fire after inspection found that fire started in the kitchen and wasn’t determine if it was due to cooking or bad electrical will be leaving unit shut down till electrical is check and determined safe to occupy, will be posting unsafe to occupy and hand delivery notice to management, damages were smoke damage in kitchen, living room area, one penetration hole behind stove in kitchen, exposed electrical possible heat stress and the rest will be cosmetic damage. |
