| 11/12/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Office called that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Did have a fire on the same building this morning. Arrived and the units were clearing the site. The fire was in the front portion of the property near the front entrance. The fire was a content fire and may have re-ignited from this morning fire. The front door was opened by the maintenance man to let the fire fighters in the building. All the openings that needed to be secured were secured with plywood or locks and chains. Did have a person in the rear storage room checking his items for fire damage and he was advised that he will need to leave and can only be on the property to remove something and not be working on the property. Did check the main electrical system and has a 3-Phase meter on the south building and that has been turned off. The main panel has a CT meter for the whole property and all is controlled from this meter. The owner and the property manager came to the property once the fire units were leaving the site due to in court for an eviction of the tenants of the property at this time. The property manager Phile signed the Indemnification on site and will be locking the gates and the security doors. The maintenance man went to the Home Depot to get a longer and thicker chain to lock the gates on the side of the property and the glass doors behind the security doors in front. RV. |
