11/11/2019 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with a car into the house. Arrived and a truck has enter the garage area on the south side of the garage. Did hit the wall on the east side of the garage where a water line is in the wall area where the wall has been moved off the bottom plate. There is no damage to the main house and the owner will be able to remain in the house when they come back from vacation. The garage wall on the south had 2-windows that were arched with windows in the arches. The windows have been broken and on the ground. The south wall damage is approx. 15 L.F. x 10' high. The east wall is pushed out with the water line in the wall, Approx. 10 L.F. x 10' high. the walls are wood framing with drywall on the interior and shearing with foam and stucco of one coat. The water line is on PEX and moved with the wall. There was an electrical outlet in the south wall and that was cut at the top plate area due to being stretched where a portion of the wall was hanging due to be loose from the impact. Due to the owner on vacation and the sister of the owner left the site, called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the garage area secured. Did the posting of the N.O.V. on the door to the house from the garage. The owner from across the street hit the house with the truck. RV.
