THE VACANT CONDENMNED MIDDLE AREA BETWEEN THE TWO BUSINESS STORES WERE ALSO INSPECTED, NEW ITEMS FOUND, NO PERSONS FOUND IN STRUCTURE. THE PERSON FOUND IN THE GARAGE WAS MOHAMMED WHO SAYS HE PAID THE OWNER RENT AND WAS LIVING IN THE GARAGE. INSPECTOR EXPLAINED THAT THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY DOES NOT ALLOW FOR ANY PERSON TO LIVE ON THE PROPERTY. TOOK PICTURES OF ALL ISSUES FOUND. ALSO FOUND THAT THE PERSONS IN THE GARAGE WERE USING POWER FROM 3414 E GRANT RD UNIT #1 BY WAY OF EXTENTION CORD AND WAS ALSO USING POWER FROM THE SMOKE SHOP WITHOUT THE BUSINESS OWNERS KNOWLEDGE. BUSINESS OWNER CALLED TEP MULTIPLE TIMES TO COMPLAIN ABOUT AMOUNT OF BILLS. TPD ON SITE AS CE POSTED THE GARAGE UNSAFE TO OCCUPY, PERSONS GATHERED THEIR BELONGINGS AND VACATED THE STRUCTURE, CE SHUT OFF POWER FROM BREAKER LOCATED IN SMOKE SHOPS SERVICE PANEL TO GARGAGE, ALSO DISCONNECTED AND CUT WIRING FROM VACANT CONDEMNED AREA WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN REMOVED WHEN FOUND PREVIOUSLY AT INITIAL CONDEMNMENT OF MIDDLE AREA AND AUTO SHOP. CE WILL ISSUE 30 DAY NOV TO HAVE ALL GARAGE MODIFICATIONS PERMITTED AND 30 DAY NOV TO HAVE SMOKE SHOPS ELECTRICAL SERVICE PANEL ONLY FEED THE SMOKE SHOP AS PREVIOUSLY ORDERED AND TO HAVE ALL UNAPPROVED WIRING CORRECTED ALSO UNDER PERMIT. OWNER HAD NEW MAINT PERSON ON SITE WHO SECURED THE GARAGE.
