OKAY PER SUPER MROMERO, DUE TO ACTIVITY AT PROPERTY, INSPECTOR HAD TEP CUT ALL POWER TO THE SMOKE SHOP AT THE POLE AND PULL ALL METERS FROM SMOKE SHOP AND DUPLEXES. POSTED SMOKE SHOP AND REPOSTED GARAGE WITH DO NOT OCCUPY POSTINGS. BOARDED AND PINNED ALL OPENINGS TO COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS AND HAD FENCE PANEL TO PREVENT ENTRY WAY TO REAR OF DUPLEX PORTION OF PROPERTY WHERE HOMELESS CAMP WAS FOUND.

LOUIS ATTEMPT TO CALL CE SUPERVISION, HE BECAME AGGRESSIVE IN LANGUAGE AND BEHAIVOR. TPD WAS CALLED TO KEEP THE PEACE AS CE FINISHED BOARD UP.
