A letter of completion will be done at the end and the permit for the correction will be issued once completed. At this time the case will be closed due to working with the contractors. | 11/07/2019 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | Approved | Called inspector Goodman to the site to meet with T.F.D. to have the fire watch released. Inspector Goodman was checking the damage of the fire. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the openings secured where the vents were cut to have access to the boiler room. While checking the roof the area of the boiler room has collapsed due to burned out. Did cut some vent holes in the roof in the bathroom areas to check if the fire extended to the areas. The roof had a decrative foam for the ceiling with 4" foam on top and plywood on top of the foam. The roof was in panels(KC panels) screwed down with 9" screws. Some of the glue-lams have some burnings and will need to be checked if to remain on the building. Some of the wood framing for the walls have some burning in areas and will need to be check when demo'ed in the area is done. RV. |
