THE ROOF WOOD MEMBERS SHOW SIGNS OF ROT AND WITH MULTIPLE OPEN PENETRATIONS. UNIT A2 GAS LINE IS TAGGED, NOTICE FROM SOUTH WEST GAS STATING FAILED PRESSURE TEST ON 11/5/2019. OCCUPANT'S WATER HEATER, AND KITCHEN STOVE OPERATES ON GAS. OCCUPANT HAS NO ACCESS TO WATER HEATER IN ABUTTING NEIGHBORS YARD, ABUTTING NEIGHBOR WHO IS THE OWNERS MAINTENANCE MAN STATED HE CANNOT ALLOW ME IN HIS BACK YARD WITHOUT THE OWNERS CONSENT. OWNER ARRIVED ON SITE HE GRANTED ACCESS TO MAINTENANCE MAN'S REAR YARD TO OCCUPANT'S "A2" WATER HEATER. OWNER STATED HE HAD CONNECTED THE GAS FROM THE ABUTTING UNIT TO A2 FOR HER TO HAVE A FUNCTIONAL WATER HEATER AND HAS PROVIDED A HOT PLATE AND A TOASTER OVEN TO USE. WALL MOUNT GAS FURNACE GAS IS INOPERABLE, ROOF TOP HEAT PUMP IS INOPERABLE. UNITS DOWNSTREAM ELECTRICAL PANEL HAS BEEN REPLACED AND INSTALLED IN THE CLOSET WITHOUT THE PROPER WORK CLEARANCE LOSING ITS NON CONFORMING STATUS INSIDE OF A BEDROOM'S CLOSET NEEDS TO BE RELOCATED. THERE IS TRASH AND DEBRIS AT THE SOUTH END OF THE PROPERTY. THE PROPERTY IS ZONED O-3 NOT ALLOWING FURNITURE, BUILDING MATERIAL AND OTHER MISC. ITEMS BEING STORED AT THE REAR OF THE PROPERTY AND ITS NOT ON AN APPROVED SITE PLAN.
