ANGELA INFORMED ME THAT THE OCCUPANT IS 2 MONTHS BEHIND ON RENT AND IS HOLDING OUT ON PAYING THEM UNTIL HER ISSUES ARE ADDRESSED OR TAKEN CARE OF. THEY ARE CONSIDERING EVICTION IF SHE DOES NOT BECOME CURRENT. I THEN MET WITH MAINTANENCE PERSON ABRAHAM WHO INFORMED ME THE LEAK IS NOT FROM THE RAIN BECAUSE SHE IS A 1ST FLOOR UNIT. HE STATED THAT THE LEAK SEEMS TO BE FROM THE TUB DIRECTLY ABOVE. ABRAHAM HAD ALREADY REMOVED THE DRYWALL AND CLEANED UP, RAN THE WATER UPSTAIRS AND LOCATED THE LEAK AND WILL REPLACE BOTH THE SHOWER VALVE AND THE TRAP. STATED HE WILL RE DRYWALL THE OPENING AND TAPE AND TEXTURE, EXPECTS TO BE COMPLETED THURS. 11/07. THE WORK WAS 50% COMPLETE WHEN I ARRIVED. II DO BELIEVE ABRAHAM WILL EASILY COMPLETE THE TASK. WORK IN PROGRESS. NOV NOT REQUIRED.
