REVISITED THE SITE, MR HERNANDEZ AGAIN STATED THE HOT WATER HEATER HAD BEEN REPAIRED, AND MAINTANENCE DID COME OVER AND STARTED REPAIRS ON THE CEILING. DRYWALL HAD BEEN REMOVED AND REPLACED, WITH PROPER SCREW SPACING AND FIRST COAT OF TAPE AND TEXTURE. COMPLIANCE CLOSE CASE. |
