Arrived on site and met with Peter the representive for the out of state owner, we walked the property and I advised Peter what needed to be done and he understood. He would work on getting a contractor out here to do the job. WIll follow up in 15 days. Also advised staff at neighboring property of action today and my follow up date. |

Arrived on site to find the same condition on the small area boardering the property to the west with debris and weeds/grass. Did make phone call contact with the out of state owner on 12/03 will try to make contact again with her. |

Early follow up as the Ward Office and ower of neighboring property wanted to know the status of this case. Nov was mailed to out of state owner with my return follow up set for 11/29/2019. Tried to make contact however the owner was not in her office but did speak with her over the phone. Also emailed the ward office |
