Arrived on-site to this vacant parcel. Found weeds in Grass along front curb. Weed grass trash and debris along the front portion of this vacant parcel. No trash debris or homeless camp or evidence of homeless camp seen on the rest of the property. Property is pretty much natural desert vegetation throughout. Made contact with property owners on each side of this vacant parcel and will move to notice of violation |
