The owner is having a hard time with submitting the plans due to the Planning and Development Services Department has been closed due to the Virus. The owner is trying to start the process Online and not able to get the process through. Did advised that the plans may required being placed on a Disc and the owner was going to check on the that issue. The owner was going to call the department to check if he can get some help. 03/04/2020 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up VIDAL Approved Entered by VIDAL - The owner called to meet at the site. Did meet and went over the N.O.V. and the property has been cleaned up. Did look at the fireplace and the owner is doing repairs to the outer part of the fireplace due to had wood siding and has been deteiorated from the weatherization and aged. At this time he has place backer board and will be placing rock tiles on the backer board. Did look at the enclosed carport and the property was bought as is in 2006. Did go over that the owner of the property is responsible and was asking if a disclosure form was signed and he was not sure. Did go over that the plans can be drawn and taken to Planning and Development Services Department for approval. The owner was advised to show the wood frame shed in the rear of the property when doing the plans. RV.

Did go over on what his options are for the permit or to remove the structure. His arraignment is tomorrow and will wait for the court date. Will check in 45 days. RV.
