ON SITE, SPOKE TO MANAGER, TENANT AND MAINTENANCE MAN. THE LEAK IS IN THE CHILLER WATER LINE. WATER WAS TURN OFF TO THE CHILLER ONLY. MAINTENANCE MAN IS STARTING WORK ON THE LINE. IF WORK REQUIRES MORE THAN WHAT HE CAN DO, THEY WILL CALL THEIR PLUMBING CONTACTOR. |
