The property has been cleaned of the tall grass and weeds and the trash and debris has been picked up. Will be submitting a Notice to vacate the hearing due to the all the issues on the citation have been abated. Does have other work being done on the property and will open another case on work with out permits. Will close case once the Notice to vacate the hearing has been signed. RV.
08/21/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and secured except the front window. Nothing has been done to have the property cleaned. Did find the plywood that was covering the window and was able to place the plywood back on with screws. Placed a Do Not Enter on the front window. Still waiting for the court date. RV.
05/13/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site due to the neighbor called that windows are opened due to the plywood fell down. Was able to re-secure the windows while on site. Did check all around and all the other openings are secured. Did secure 1-window on the north side of the house and 1-window on the west side of the house and both were in the bedrooms. Nothing has been done to clean the property or repair the house. Did do the citation and will wait for the court date. The house is vacant and secured at this time. RV.
05/05/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved The house is vacant and unsecured and not able to find the owner for the property. The property has tall grass and weeds with trash and debris. Nothing has been done to the roof where the sheathing has been removed. The sliding glass door opening has the plywood missing. Not able to find the plywood on site. The storage room has holes made in the walls to enter the house. Taking pictures to check on demo for the property and citation. Called Arcaiden Industries to the property to have the property secured. Will be doing the posting due to have been removed. RV.
10/25/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site and was able to secure the front door and the rear sliding glass door with the plywood on site. Did not have bees in the area and was able to check the house and no one on site. Did talk to the neighbors and they have seen people in the hosue at different times. Will check the house in 10 days from when the N.O.V. was sent out. RV.
10/23/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to site to check on securing the property and still had bees at the front door area. Had to call Northwest Control back to the site to have the area treated again. The tech. stated that they were in the wall of the cells of the masonry wall. The area was treated and will wait till Friday to have the property secured. RV.
