TENANT DOES HAVE MINI FRIDGE, MICROWAVE, TV AND COMPUTER IN BEDROOM. TENANT HAD EXTENSION CORDS RUNNING FROM KITCHEN TO BEDROOM. TENANT WAS GIVENING NOV TO REMOVE THE EXTENSION CARDS AND THEY WERE REMOVED WHILE ON SITE. THE CEILING ABOVE THE SHOWER HAS CRACKS AND HOLE. POSSIBLE LEAKING CEILING. THE OUTLET IN LIVING ROOM UNDER THE WINDOW IS NOT WORKING. THE OUTLET IN WALL ON LEFT SIDE OF LIVING ROOM IS WORN OUT, PLUGS WILL NOT STAY IN.
