Arrived on-site to this still in construction single-family dwelling. No one on site with for sale sign in front of property. Trash and debris seen in the front yard to include boards pallets buckets add tarps. Now along west side of the yard found two piles of debris one rock and construction debris in the front and second pile to the rear of vegetation. Weeds and grass along the east side of the property. open trench along east side of the property in front what looks to be the water. Another trench also along the east side of the property to the rear looks to be the electrical hook-up both trenches are open. From what I could see from the big bay windows in front the house is still under construction no flooring and kitchen has yet to be completed. |
