Arrived and the crew was in the alley and the fencing has been removed in some areas to let the equipment inside the rear yard area. They were gathering the chickens and the geese to place them in a fenced area to not be ran over. The vehicles are going to be moved to clean the area and some will not go back into the fenced area. The nephew will be securing the area once they are done for the day. RV.
10/22/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to open the house. At this time the locks will be removed and the owner will be able to unlock and lock the house and gates. RV.
10/21/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the site to check the progress of the cleaning of the interior of the house. Did open the house and alot of the items have been removed from the house. They are in the process of cleaning the walls and floors with a pressure washer. Did go over the sealing the walls and the ceilings with a sealer of the drywall that remains on the site. The floors needs to be sealed also if going to be painted. Has a large amount of trash and debris outside the wall for the Brush and Bulky pick up. The owner does have a dumpster coming tomorrow and had the trash and debris picked up to not be blocked with the dumpster. Will come back and lock the house. RV.

10/17/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to open the house and the rear gate. The nephew was on site to have the dogs checked if in the kennels. All is opened at this time. Will go back to have the property secured. RV.
10/17/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to have the property secured. No one on site and the dogs were secured. The nephew stated that the interior is still being cleaned and alot has been removed. Will check site when someone on site. RV.

10/16/2019 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Went to the property to have the house secured. The owner was on site and was getting the items out to take with him. While on site Animal Control came to the site to remove some of the items from the rear yard. All the dogs on site have been placed in kennels. The birds are in cages in the driveway. Items have been removed from the house and in the front of the property. The owner did meet with someone to clean the rear yard and will start on Friday and Saturday. Once the chickens were removed, was able to lock the gate in the alley.
