Office called that T.P.D. and animal control on site and need assistance on the property. Arrvied and the units still on site. They were inside the house with dogs though out the house. Has dogs in the front yard in areas blocked off for the dogs. In the rear yard has a large amount of chickens (Approx. 60), 2-peacocks, 3-geese, 2-rosters. The pens are squattered through out the rear yard space. Has 3-junk motor vehicle. Not able to get to the rear door due to the amount of pens for the chickens in the area. The supply wires for the electrical is in the mesquite tree and being pulled down with the branches. The electrical is being cut at the pole. The trees will need to be cut before the electrical will be turned back on. The gas meter is being removed in the rear yard. The interior of the house is hoarding and not very clean. One bedroom has urine on the floor and has a smell of being their for some time. The older people were removed before the electrical was removed at the pole. The house was posted on the front window of Do Not Enter and the owner signed the paperwork. Animal control was on site removing the dogs and the chickens and did leave the site due to other vehicles were coming to assist on the removal of the chickens. T.P.D. was remaining on the property and will be locking the gate in the rear of the property by the alley once the removal is complete. RV. |
