Was on site and the house is vacant and unsecured. Did find workers on site and they were asked to remove any items from the house that they wanted to remove before the house is secured. The doors to the front porch have been opened and the plywood was pulled off. The rear door has been opened. Did call Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the property secured. Did place plywood on the rear door on the interior of the door and placed a kicker on the middle of the plywood. The exterior of the rear door was pinned and place the sheet of plywood over the door. The door to the house under the front porch had a plywood placed over the door. The front porch had the metal picket door secured with plywood on the metal pickets. Did place the plywood over the metal pickets back over the masonry walls on the arch on the front porch. Did do the posting of Do Not Enter all around the house and did place the N.O.V. to Vacate on the plywood on the arch on the north side of the house. The owner came to the site when completed on securing the house. Was told by the owner that the house is being sold and should be closing on 10-25-19. Will be closing this case at this time due to have a case in court and have court tomorrow. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
