10/11/2019 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | Approved | Communcation called the T.P.D. and T.F.D. on site with a car into the garage area. Arrived and the units were still on site. Southwest gas was on site due to the gas meter house line has been broken. The line to the house a the ground level was being cut and capped in the ground. The electrical was removed at the panel and will be removed a the transformer in the ground level by T.E.P.. The water was turned off when the vehicle was being removed and than turned back on once the vehicle was removed from the structure. The wall in the garage has been moved and wood framing studs have been brokened and pushed off the bottom plate. The one coat stucco has been damaged on the exterior of the house and the drywall on the interior of the garage. The structure is a 2-story and the wall that was damaged is under the bedroom on the northeast corner of the house. Was not able to have secured with plywood due to the amount of damage and was able to place the double and triple wood studs put back on place. The owner was on site and signed the paperwork. The owner will not be able to remain in the house due to lacking the utilities and the damage. Will call the fencing to be installed during daylight hours. RV. |
