Communication called the T.P.D. on site with Min. Housing Condition. Arrived and the units still on site and have a mobile home that is vacant and unsecured. The mobile home has been posted on 7-19-19 of Do Not Enter on the front window. The home is a hoarding filled and has no clear paths to doors and windows. The owner living is in a assisted home. One owner has died and the other owner is under hospice. The property has tall grass and weeds with trash and debris through out the property. Called Arcaiden Industries to the site to have the mobile home secured. All openings will have plywood except the side door on the south side due to it was screwed shut. Did the posting on the front window of Do Not Enter and the N.O.V. to Vacate. RV. |
